(West Palm Beach, Fla.) — The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Smith as its new Community Outreach Manager.
Ms. Smith brings nearly two decades of experience in communications and community relations, having worked with government agencies and national nonprofits, including the Office of the Mayor of New York City, the Office of the Mayor of Hempstead, New York, and the National Urban League.
Throughout her career, Max has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering inclusive relationships between organizations and the communities they serve. She has led efforts to expand access to programs and services for underserved populations and is passionate about building partnerships that drive meaningful change. Most recently, she served as an organizer with Florida Rising, a statewide grassroots nonprofit advancing racial and economic justice across Florida.
Originally from Jamaica, West Indies, Max spent many years in New York before relocating to Palm Beach County. She avidly supports the arts and enjoys interior decorating, travel and spending time with family.
