FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets 24 hours a day online at kravis.org or you can call the Kravis Center Box Office at 561.832.7469 Monday through Saturday 12pm-5pm.

Seating Policies and Procedures:
All seating is assigned in reserved theater style rows. You may select your own seats when purchasing tickets. There is no table seating for Palm Beach Improv at the Kravis Center. Please refer to the seating charts for Rinker Playhouse here and for Persson Hall here.

If you have any disabilities that require special attention, please call the Kravis Center Box Office so we may accommodate your needs. For more information, visit our accessibility page.

Is there a drink minimum?
No purchase is necessary for food or beverage at the Kravis Center. However, we offer a full bar and light bites for purchase. Beverages are permitted in the theater.

More information about buying tickets at the Kravis Center, processing fees, etc. can be found on the Box Office services page.

Where do I park?
The Kravis Center garage, located just adjacent to the Center, offers complimentary parking to guests attending performances at the Kravis Center. Valet parking is not available for performances in Rinker Playhouse or Persson Hall. For more information can be found on our parking information page.

Will Call
Will Call pick-up begins 60 minutes prior to performance time at the Kravis Center. When picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring photo ID and the credit card used to purchase. If another party is picking up tickets on your behalf, please contact the Kravis Center Box Office to arrange the alternate pickup name.

Unauthorized Ticket Distributors
To avoid overpaying for your Kravis Center tickets, always purchase them from our official website, kravis.org. Outside ticketing companies and ticket brokers often appear to be trustworthy, but they are not affiliated with the Kravis Center. As a result, tickets purchased through these unauthorized ticket distributors are often double or triple the cost. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers. View page for more information.

Pursuant to Section 817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets purchased from the Site may not be resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price.  We may provide law enforcement with information you provide to us related to any transaction conducted with you to assist in any investigation or prosecution of you.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for tickets.

What happens if a show is cancelled?
If a show is cancelled for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for that show. If the show is rescheduled, we may set refund limitations. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to originally purchase the tickets.

Age Recommendations:
All Palm Beach Improv at the Kravis shows are recommended for ages 18 and up unless otherwise indicated.

House Rules:
The following rules are in place to ensure that each guest has the ideal comedy experience. Our management team as well as security personnel are present to uphold all our house rules. By entering our venue you are agreeing to abide by these rules:
-No photography or filming is allowed inside the venue. If you are caught doing so and no special permission was granted, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
-Please keep all cell phones off or on vibrate so as not to disrupt the show.
-Please refrain from text messaging during the show, as the glow from your phone and the clicking noises can be very distracting to the performers as well as guests around you.
-NO HECKLERS! A heckler is defined as an individual who calls out to the stage or comments to the comedians during their performance. This is a live performance, and the guests are attending to listen to the comedian…not to you.
-Please try to keep your talk to a minimum and your laughter to a maximum.
