Current donors can become subscribers by following the instructions in the email that was recently sent. Donor subscribers will be seated this summer. If you did not receive the email or you need assistance, please contact the Box Office at 561.832.7469 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.
SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS
Best seats at the best price
As a subscriber you get the best seats at the best price. Subscriptions start at $387 for all eight shows.
Guaranteed seating
Once you become a Kravis On Broadway subscriber, you are guaranteed renewal of your seats each season. This applies to all sections excluding the Broadway Society section, select Orchestra and Grand Tier seats and Grand Tier boxes. See seating chart.
Free exchanges
As a subscriber, you can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show if they are available. Just return your tickets to the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the show. All tickets are subject to availability. Please note when exchanging from a lower to higher price ticket, the difference in price will apply.
Priority purchasing opportunities
Subscribers have the opportunity to purchase additional individual tickets as well as tickets to any new Kravis On Broadway shows added to the season before they go on sale to the public.
Lost tickets replacement
If you lose your tickets, please call the Box Office. Once we confirm your assigned seating, we will reissue your tickets.
Flexible payment plan
For your convenience, you may purchase your Kravis On Broadway subscription using our payment plan which gives you the ability to spread out your payments over three installments. The payment plan is no longer available online. Payment plan option is not valid on prior purchases. If you are opting out of THE BOOK OF MORMON, please call the Box Office for assistance.
Important reminders: In planning the Kravis On Broadway season, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, prices, dates, schedules, seating, artists and details are subject to change. Prices include all subscriber discounts, handling, and postage charges. Prices printed on the season tickets reflect face value only and will not add up to the package price. We are unable to accept Kravis on Broadway tickets for a tax-deductible donation. All sales are final. No refunds are available after the first subscription performance has taken place. Subscriptions are non-transferable. Please note that certain productions may contain themes or language which may be unsuitable for some audience members. Viewer discretion is advised.

Please note – PETER PAN has specific subscriber dates/schedule:
**Tuesday evening subscribers attend the Sunday evening performance at 7:30PM.
***Wednesday matinee subscribers attend the Thursday matinee at 2PM.
Broadway Society Section benefits
Broadway Society section subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and access to additional Kravis On Broadway tickets before they go on sale to the public. Broadway Society section subscription prices listed include an $96 fee (Eight Show Series including THE BOOK OF MORMON) or $84 fee (Seven Show Series excluding THE BOOK OF MORMON).

Kravis On Broadway Series FAQs
Can I renew online?
Yes, login to your Kravis Center Account and renew using the online system.
How can I request a seat change or upgrade?
You may request a change for the 2024-2025 season. Changes include but are not limited to seat relocation, accessibility needs, additional seats or time of performance.
Because most subscribers renew their same seats, changes are often difficult to accommodate. We will not have availability for possible changes until the renewal period is complete.
Change requests can be submitted while renewing via the online system (under Seating Requests section), via the mailed order form or over the phone.
Will you be offering a payment plan?

What payment types are accepted?
You may pay online or over the phone by credit/debit card. Via mail, you may pay by credit/debit card or check. Credit cards or checks must be in the name of the subscriber.
I received gift certificates from other shows, but not Kravis On Broadway. Can I use these gift certificates towards my subscription?
Yes, all gift certificates/credits in your account can be used as payment for Kravis On Broadway Series subscriptions.
Can I opt-out of any of the shows offered?
Yes, you may opt-out of THE BOOK OF MORMON by calling the Box Office at 561-832-7469
When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Four to six weeks prior to the first performance.
When can I exchange tickets for a Kravis On Broadway if I have a conflict in dates?
Tickets can be exchanged after you receive notice that allows you to request individual tickets for Kravis On Broadway performances. This is one of the many benefits of being a subscriber. Subscribers will be notified sometime in early fall when tickets can be exchanged for another show.
Can I transfer my Kravis On Broadway subscription seats?
In fairness to our subscribers, we do not transfer subscription seats.
How do I avoid scammers?
The Kravis Center Box Office, kravis.org is the only OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDER for events at the Kravis Center. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price. They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. The Kravis Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.
When will individual tickets for Kravis On Broadway be available?
Individual tickets will become available at a future date.
If I did not renew my Kravis On Broadway seats for the 2023-2024 season, can I have my seats back for the 2024-2025 season?
The seats that you had may no longer be available since seat change/upgrade requests were processed for the 2024-2025 season. We will do our best to accommodate you with seats close to what you originally had, depending on availability.
What services are available for persons with disabilities?
Services for persons with disabilities
The Kravis Center is committed to ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our guests with disabilities. Each of the venues within our state-of-the-art facility is wheelchair accessible and offers a variety of services to accommodate those with disabilities. We continue to remain on the forefront of industry changes and advancements to maintain the highest level of accessibility for our guests. All Kravis Center entries are accessible to persons using wheelchairs.
Accessible seating
Accessible seating for guests with disabilities and a companion is available for all shows on first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to mention your need for wheelchair accessible seating or other accommodations when placing your ticket order. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs.
Open captioning and sign language
The Kravis Center provides open captioning for the Saturday matinee performances of Kravis On Broadway presentations. Live Performance Captioning (open caption) is a text display located on one side of the stage that scrolls words in synchronization with the performance. Sign language interpreters are provided at the Sunday matinee performances of Kravis On Broadway. If you are in need of these services, please advise the Box Office at least two weeks prior to the performance. Reserved seats for guests with hearing loss are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Audio aids
A state-of-the-art, infrared audio enhancement system is available for the hearing-impaired during all performances on a first-come, first-served basis. Assistive listening devices are available free of charge and may be picked up one hour before curtain time at Guest Services.
Accessible parking
Parking spaces for our guests with disabilities are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the parking garage, the closest parking to our garage elevators and the covered walkway to the theaters. Entrances are located on Okeechobee Boulevard, Tamarind Avenue and Alexander W. Dreyfoos Way (formerly Iris Street). Please note that oversized vehicles must enter through the entrance on Okeechobee Boulevard. Guests are also welcome to pick-up and drop-off at the Okeechobee entrance.
