Self-Paid Parking at the Kravis Center

Parking payment may be made upon arrival via the ParkMobile app or self-pay kiosks located in the garage. Only the official Kravis Center parking options listed below will be accepted. Parking purchased through third-party outlets will not be honored.
Providing Access for Our Valued Kravis Center Patrons
For many years, the Kravis Center has offered complimentary parking as part of our ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
As the community grows and welcomes more visitors, we are making a necessary change to our on-site parking so that it remains accessible and available to those attending Kravis Center performances and events.
What’s Changing?
The Kravis Center will implement a self-paid parking system in our on-site garage.

There is a flat rate fee to park in the Kravis Center garage. All parking spaces require payment, including EV and accessible parking spaces.
Visitors should expect to pay a flat rate fee per car, per parking session, depending upon arrival time. Rates are subject to change.
Daytime Rates (enter between 7am-3:30pm)*
– Monday-Friday: Parking is $5.40 (including fees) and is valid until 6pm.
– Saturday-Sunday: Parking is $10.40 (including fees) and is valid until 6pm.
Evening Rates (enter after 3:30pm)
– Daily: Parking is $10.40 (including fees) and is valid until midnight.
*Extended visits require payment for additional parking sessions. Parking sessions subject to change.
It’s easy! Enter your vehicle’s license plate and payment method using one of the following options:
– Download the ParkMobile app to your smartphone.
– Scan the QR code on the ParkMobile signs in the garage to open a payment page in your phone’s browser.
– Text “Park” to 77223 to receive a link and pay using your phone’s browser.
– You may utilize the ParkMobile kiosk located near the 3rd floor parking garage elevators. Note: the kiosk is CASHLESS – DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.
There will be Kravis Center parking attendants, wearing bright yellow shirts, on every floor of the parking garage during performances and events.
Parking can be paid for using the cashless ParkMobile kiosk on the 3rd floor between the elevators. Note the kiosk is CASHLESS – DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.
Parking is purchased upon arrival, prior to show via the ParkMobile app on your smartphone or use the kiosk, see above. Garage signage will tell you the zone number to input into the app.

Parking is a separate cost.
This does not affect valet services. Valet parking service is also available at most Dreyfoos Hall events 2.5 hours prior to performances and closes 45 minutes following performances. The cost is a flat fee of $25 per car, conveniently located at the South Sapodilla Avenue entrance.
There is extremely limited Premium Space Paid Parking in front of the Box Office windows area on performance days. The cost is $40.40 for each parking session (including ParkMobile fees). To pay for Premium Space Parking use ParkMobile.
The City of West Palm Beach has paid parking on Alexander W. Dreyfoos Way and on S. Sapodilla Avenue.
The Kravis Center garage, located just adjacent to the Center, offers Self-Paid to guests and provides the following:
-1,187 spaces
-5 levels
-Parking garage height clearance is 6’10”
-3 entrance and exit ramps: Okeechobee Blvd., Tamarind Avenue and Alexander W. Dreyfoos Way (formerly Iris Street).
-8 charging stations for electric cars on level 2 (ChargePoint App required)
Our security staff works with officers from the West Palm Beach Police Department to ensure that traffic moves in a quick, orderly and safe manner. Please follow the directions of the officers and the Kravis Center staff who are there to facilitate traffic flow in and out of the Center.
Parking spaces for our guests with disabilities are located on every level of the parking garage, the closest parking to our garage elevators and the covered walkway to the theaters.
