How early can I order my tickets for next season?

Our season brochure is published in late summer and our Kravis Center Donors have the first opportunity to purchase tickets. More information about becoming a Donor here.

How far from the stage is the last row? What row in orchestra does the Grand Tier overhang?

Row Y in the Orchestra is 90 feet from the stage. Balcony row L, the final row in the theatre is 150 feet from the stage.
The Grand Tier overhangs row X in the orchestra center, and curves around on the left and right sides to row R.

What if I lose my ticket?

Call our Box Office at 561.832.7469 or visit in-person. We will be happy to arrange a location pass for you. To pickup the pass, present a valid ID 1.5 hours to claim.

Is there a ticket fee if I come to the Box office in person?

There is no processing fee for tickets purchased at the box office window; this does not apply to subscription packages.

Can I take a look inside the theater?

Tours of the facility are available. To find out more information call 561.651.4233. For insurance purposes and security  reasons, access to the theater is limited.

Can I get a lap ticket for my baby for any show you present? Or do I even need a ticket if s/he is under 1yr?

Everyone is required to have a ticket regardless of age. All babies in arms must have a ticket. (Lap tickets are available for children 0-11 months for selected performances.) Please contact the Box Office for more information.

Can I return my tickets if I cannot attend the show?

Yes. Tickets to the Kravis Center presentations can be returned for a tax donation. They must be returned 48 hours prior to the performance with the exception of Kravis on Broadway and renter performances.


Where can I park?

There is a free 5 level garage at the Center. There is accessible parking on the 2nd, 3rd and 4rd levels. The parking garage closes overnight. Valet parking is available for $12 (regular) and $20 (premium). Premium means first return on your car; this does not mean that it will be parked at curbside.

Is there a charge to park in the garage?

The Krvais Center offers a free 5 level parking garage.

What is the height of our parking garage?

The parking garage height clearance is 6’10”. Please note: oversized vehicles must enter through the valet parking entrance on Okeechobee Boulevard. Guests are also welcome to use the pick-up and drop-off entrance on Sapodilla Avenue located at the east end of the Dreyfoos Hall lobby.

Do you offer valet parking for Rinker Playhouse shows?

Valet parking is available when there is a performance in Dreyfoos Hall. Guests can easily park in the garage as the Rinker Playhouse is just steps away.

How late can I leave my car in the garage, does it close?

The Garage closes at 12 am. However, vehicles are able to exit, but none are allowed in after that time.

What is your security policy?

As a result of heightened security in all public places, please plan to arrive early and avoid bringing packages, luggage, backpacks, etc. to the theater. All items are subject to inspection. Weapons of any kind are prohibited. If You See Something, Say Something.

Onsite Dining

Can I bring my own food and drink to the facilities?

Outside food and drink are not permitted in our facilities. For light fare before your theater experience, please visit Bistro Teatro on our Mezzanine Level 90 minutes prior to performances in Dreyfoos Hall.

Where is there a place to eat?

Bistro Teatro offers light fare (soups, salads, wraps and sandwiches) on Mezzanine level when there is a Dreyfoos Hall performance. Current menu here.

Do you take reservation for the Bistro Teatro?

Bistro Teatro offers the perfect casual pre-theatre dining experience, serving light fare in our Mezzanine level lobby during all Dreyfoos Hall performances. No reservation needed. Open 1.5 hours prior to all Dreyfoos Hall performances.

Do you offer food service in Rinker Playhouse or Persson Hall?

Catering by The Breakers at the Kravis Center does offer a light selection of items for purchase at these venues.


What is the dress code?

We have no set dress code policy.

What time should I arrive?

Lobby doors open 90 minutes prior to curtain. Theatre doors open 30 prior to curtain. Bistro Teatro (on the Mezzanine level) opens 90 minutes before a Dreyfoos Hall performance.

Can we enter the theater if we arrive late?

Latecomers will be admitted to the theater at the discretion of the Front of House Management at suitable breaks in the program. Certain companies request that late arriving audience members be asked to wait in the lobby until they can be seated during a performance break.

On what level is the Windsor Room located? Founders Room?

Windsor Room is located on Orchestra level, house right side. Founders Room is located on the Grand Tier level, house right side.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside.

How can I contact the Kravis Center?

You may call the Kravis Center Box Office at 561.832.7469 for show or ticket related information. The Box Office hours are Mon-Saturday 10:00 a.m – Closed Sunday. When there is a performance, Box Office opens 2 hours before every performance.
