Providing Access for Our Valued Kravis Center Patrons
For many years, the Kravis Center has offered complimentary parking as part of our ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
As the community grows and welcomes more visitors, we are making a necessary change to our on-site parking so that it remains accessible and available to those attending Kravis Center performances and events.
What’s Changing?
Beginning mid-September 2025 the Kravis Center will implement a self-paid parking system in our on-site garage.
Why the Change?
-To better manage demand and improve parking availability for Kravis Center patrons
-To enhance the overall arrival and performance experience
What to Expect
-Clear signage and guidance upon arrival
-Easy-to-use cashless payment options
-Pay for parking upon arrival utilizing the ParkMobile app or self-pay kiosk

Q: Is there a cost to park at the Kravis Center?
A: Yes, as of mid-September 2025, there is a flat rate fee to park in the Kravis Center garage.
Q: How much is Kravis Center garage parking?
A: Visitors should expect to pay a flat rate fee in the garage between $5-$10 (plus fees) per car, per parking session, depending upon arrival time and day of the week. Rates are subject to change.
Q: How do I pay for parking in the garage?
A: It’s easy! Enter your vehicle’s license plate and payment method using one of the following options:
– Download the ParkMobile app to your smartphone
– Scan the QR code on the ParkMobile signs in the garage
– Text “Park” to 77223
– You may utilize the ParkMobile kiosk located near the 3rd floor parking garage elevators. Note: the kiosk is CASHLESS – DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.
Q: What if I have an issue while trying to pay for parking in the garage?
There will be Kravis Center parking attendants, wearing bright yellow shirts, on every floor of the parking garage during performances and events.
Q: What if I don’t have a mobile/smartphone?
A: Parking can be paid for using the cashless ParkMobile kiosk on the 3rd floor between the elevators. Note the kiosk is CASHLESS – DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH.
Q: Can I purchase parking ahead of time in the garage?
A: Parking is purchased upon arrival. Utilize the ParkMobile app on your smartphone or use the kiosk, see above. Garage signage will tell you the zone number to input into the app.

Q: Is parking included in my ticket cost?
A: Parking is a separate cost.

Q: How does this affect or change valet?
A: This does not affect valet services. Valet parking service is also available at most Dreyfoos Hall events for a flat fee of $25 per car, conveniently located at the S. Sapodilla Avenue entrance.
Q: Are there other locations to park in addition to the garage or valet?
A: There is extremely limited Premium Space Paid Parking in front of the Box Office windows area on performance days. To pay for Premium Space Parking use ParkMobile.
The City of West Palm Beach has paid parking on Alexander W. Dreyfoos Way and on S. Sapodilla Avenue.
Accessibility Parking
Parking spaces for our guests with disabilities are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the parking garage, the closest parking to our garage elevators and the covered walkway to the theaters.
