KRAVIS CENTER BOARD CHAIR DAVID G. LAMBERT HONORED AT PRIVATE RECEPTION AT MILOS

Evening Hosted by Longtime Kravis Center Supporters Kathryn C. Vecellio and Monika Preston

(West Palm Beach, Fla.) – Supporters of the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts gathered for an intimate reception at estiatorio Milos West Palm Beach to honor David G. Lambert as the organization’s recently appointed Board Chair. Mr. Lambert is the performing arts center’s seventh Board Chair and succeeds Sherry Barrat.

Hosted by longtime Kravis Center supporters Kathryn C. Vecellio and Monika Preston and sponsored by Milos, the evening brought together approximately 50 guests for cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. A guitarist provided ambient entertainment, setting the tone for a warm and celebratory gathering among island residents, friends and patrons of the arts.

Before introducing Mr. Lambert, Kravis Center CEO Diane Quinn welcomed guests, thanked the evening’s hosts and venue, and shared her enthusiasm for the Kravis Center’s new board leadership, highlighting Mr. Lambert’s commitment to the arts and his vision for the future of the organization.

“More than 33 years ago, the Kravis Center became a reality and has since grown into one of the premier performing arts centers in America,” said Mr. Lambert. “Palm Beach County is anchored by deep cultural opportunities, and the impact of the Kravis Center reaches far beyond our stages — it strengthens education, inspires creativity and brings our community together. Last year alone, we welcomed more than 500,000 guests, presented 685 performances and ensured that every fifth-grade student in the Palm Beach County School District experienced live theater. The Kravis Center continues to serve as a vibrant cultural hub for our region. I am deeply honored to help lead this premier cultural institution and to build on its remarkable legacy for generations to come.”
