West Palm Beach, FL – The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts is delighted to announce the 2024 – 2025 Classical Concert Series, (formerly Regional Arts), now in its 50th season and sponsored by Leonard and Sophie Davis.
Dreyfoos Hall will be filled with music by some of the great Classical & Romantic masters, as well as groundbreaking new works and commissions by today’s leading composers. Highlights of the season include the Kravis Center debut of London Symphony Orchestra; the first appearance in more than twenty years by Amsterdam’s Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, performances by two of America’s “Big Five” orchestras—Chicago and Cleveland—and appearances by GRAMMY® Award-winning artists like violinist Hilary Hahn and soprano Renée Fleming.

After last season’s stunning ‘America’ program, master violinist, Daniel Hope, returns with his award-winning project, Journey to Mozart. As the last protégé of legendary violinist Yehudi Menuhin, Daniel Hope will be joined by the ensemble with which Menuhin performed the most, the Polish Chamber Orchestra of Sinfonia Varsovia. Together they will explore the musical period from 1760-1810, before, after and around Mozart’s life—through his violin works, as well as his contemporaries like Gluck and Haydn.

They will be joined by famed cellist, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, the 24-year-old who catapulted to stardom when he won the prestigious BBC Young Musician award and played at the Royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
