Please reach the Box office by sending your inquiry to: firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the Box office team will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to attend performances at the Kravis Center. Babes in arms must also have a ticket—lap tickets are available for children 0-11 months-old for selected performances.
In order to keep tickets in the hands of Kravis Center fans and out of the hands of ticket resellers, there are limits on the number of tickets a customer can purchase and each show operates a little differently. This will be noted in the show pages and before adding tickets to cart on the website. Please adhere to ticket limits as orders exceeding limits may be cancelled at the discretion of the Kravis Center and/or Presenter without notice.
Phone & Web orders
Purchasing tickets for Kravis Center performances over the phone and via our official website kravis.org is easy and convenient. A processing fee of 15% of the total purchase (with a maximum of $25) is applied to all phone and web orders. Subscription prices include all applicable fees.
FedEx deliveries will only be made Monday-Friday. Please note: If an order is placed on a Friday after 4 pm, your FedEx will not go out until Monday.
When picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring photo ID and the credit card used to purchase. If another party is picking up tickets on your behalf, please contact our Box Office to arrange the alternate pickup name.
Self-Serve Will Call Ticket Kiosk
Self-serve ticket kiosks are available at all venues for Will Call pick-up beginning 1 ½ hours prior to performance time on the day of the event. To access and print your tickets from the ticket kiosks, use the phone number on your account or scan the barcode received in your Know Before You Go email.
The Kravis Center accepts the following credit cards:
Refunds & Exchanges
Kravis Center policy prohibits refunds and exchanges on all tickets. All sales are final. If you are unable to use tickets for Kravis Center presentations, excluding Kravis On Broadway, you may donate them to the Kravis Center’s annual fund as a tax-deductible contribution, provided they are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of the performance.
Tickets for Kravis On Broadway presentations, although contract requirements restrict us from accepting them as tax-deductible contributions, can be exchanged for another performance of the same show, if they are available. Return your tickets to the Box Office prior to the opening night of the show.
Unauthorized Ticket Distributors
To avoid overpaying for your Kravis Center tickets, always purchase them from our official website, kravis.org. Outside ticketing companies and ticket brokers often appear to be trustworthy, but they are not affiliated with the Kravis Center. As a result, tickets purchased through these unauthorized ticket distributors are often double or triple the cost. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers. View page for more information.
Pursuant to Section 817.36, Florida Statutes, tickets purchased from the Site may not be resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price. We may provide law enforcement with information you provide to us related to any transaction conducted with you to assist in any investigation or prosecution of you.
Box Office Hours
Box Office is currently closed.
Summer Box Office Hours
Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Box Office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Although the Box Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer, if there is a performance on either day, we are open two hours prior to curtain.
Our Younger Guests
To ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all of our guests, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 only attend shows that are a part of our Family Fare Series and those that are designated as toddler friendly.
We encourage parents and guardians to seek additional information about any performance before purchasing tickets for younger children. Although considered to be family friendly, many shows contain mature content, language or themes and will not be enjoyable or suitable. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. If you have any questions about a particular show, please email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to try and assist you.
We do ask that you consider your child’s interests, maturity and attention span and the comfort of those seated around you. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone and as a result, anyone making a disturbance during a performance will be asked to leave.
Babes in Arms
In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, if your baby is crying please take him or her out of the theater. Babes in arms must also have a ticket—lap tickets are available for children 0-11 months-old for selected performances.
