Designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia alongside their care partners, this joyful program centers on shared song, meaningful connection and a sense of belonging. More than a chorus, it is a vibrant community that celebrates ability, creativity, and empowerment, shifting the focus from loss to living fully in the moment through music.
