About Keith Walawender
Keith “Wally” Walawender is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tomahawk Strategic Solutions, a Tennessee-based company specializing in operational readiness, tactical training, and advisory services for military, law enforcement, and corporate clients operating in high-risk environments.
Wally is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator with distinguished service in Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). During his military career, he deployed multiple times in support of combat and national security operations throughout Iraq, Afghanistan, and other global theaters. His awards include the Silver Star Medal, two Bronze Star Medals with Combat Valor, two Joint Service Commendation Medals with Combat Valor, and three Presidential Unit Citations.
Following his military service, Wally co-founded Tomahawk Strategic Solutions in 2014 alongside fellow Navy SEAL Mike Biller. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a nationally recognized organization supporting federal agencies, law enforcement teams, critical infrastructure organizations, and Fortune 500 companies with training, preparedness, leadership development, and crisis response capabilities.
Wally currently serves on the Design Advisory Council for the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation, helping shape the future National GWOT Memorial in Washington, D.C., alongside veterans, Gold Star families, and military community leaders.
In addition to his operational work, Wally is deeply committed to service beyond the battlefield. Through Tomahawk Charitable Solutions, the organization has helped raise millions of dollars in support of military, law enforcement, veteran, and community-focused nonprofit organizations.
Wally’s leadership philosophy centers on preparation, accountability, and building teams capable of making sound decisions under pressure. He continues to advocate for strengthening communities through training, readiness, and service.
