(West Palm Beach Fla.) – The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts announced four additions to its fall schedule. First, the Family Fare Series kicks off with TheaterWorksUSA’s The Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System, a sensory-inclusive performance on October 28. Next, Sons of Town Hall bring their transatlantic duo to West Palm Beach on November 10. The surreal and immersive dance spectacle MOMIX: Botanica will captivate audiences through a larger-than-life performance on November 18. Finally, jazz gospel singer Emma Nissen brings her extraordinary voice and messages of hope and light to the Kravis Center on November 29.

When the class gets lost on the way to the planetarium, Ms. Frizzle saves the day by blasting into outer space for an epic interplanetary field trip! But when rivalries both old and new threaten to tear the students apart, our young heroes must learn to pull together or risk getting forever lost in the solar system. Hop on the Magic School Bus for a ride in this new musical adaptation based on the original book series published by Scholastic.

The Transatlantic duo SONS OF TOWN HALL bring an entirely new performance genre to the stage. Part live concept album, part performance art, they conjure their timeless mythic universe as 19-century vagabonds who travel the world in a hand-built boat to escape troubled pasts and search for adventure and love. MOMIX: Botanica

MOMIX Botanica is a lush, surreal journey through nature’s ever-changing imagery, following the rhythms of the seasons and the passing of a day. This larger-than-life spectacle fuses world-class athleticism with an eclectic score ranging from birdsong to the elegance of Vivaldi.
Acting as a restorative “herbal remedy” for the senses, this feast for the eyes pairs the superb energy of its performers with gravity-defying props, cinematic projections and whimsical puppetry. MOMIX Botanica is more than a performance—it is an immersive “visual theater” animating nature’s beauty with an extra dose of fantasy.
