For over the past two decades, JD has toured performing at US military bases both in the United Stated and overseas. She also tours nationally in support of Pride festivals and LGBTQ events.
With more than 50,000 hits on YouTube, J.D. has been dubbed “Joan Jett meets Johnny Cash.”
In October 2020, JD’s version of Janis Ian’s song titled, “Better Times Will Come” was chosen to be on Janis’ website – BetterTimesWillCome.com.
Two years later, in October 2022, JD won the MARK award for her song, “Redneck Limousine.”
Currently, JD is writing for a new album and is currently planning a 2025 tour.
