In this inclusive six-week dance class for adults of all abilities, participants explore movement through creativity, musicality, and self-expression in a welcoming and supportive environment. Each session fosters learning, fun, and mind-body connection, culminating in an informal performance that celebrates every participant’s growth and achievements.
