The Kravis Center invites guests of all ages to celebrate our vibrant arts community at the fourth annual Kravis Center Block Party. Enjoy an afternoon of FREE live performances, workshops and activities.
Experience FREE performances from Ballet Palm Beach, Palm Beach Opera, Palm Beach Symphony and Young Singers of the Palm Beaches. Local and touring musical acts—including the Derek Mack Band, Guavatron, I-95 Band and Sons of Mystro—will join DJs, dance workshops, hands-on interactive experiences, food trucks and more! The event will take place rain or shine across the Kravis Center campus, utilizing both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Experience the joy of playing an instrument at Palm Beach Symphony’s Instrument Petting Zoo! Professional musicians will teach you how to hold and play a variety of instruments through this immersive experience.

RHYTHM & HUES is a dynamic children’s brand dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through creativity, play and connection. Supported by a network of creative partners, RHYTHM & HUES continues to inspire joy and imagination in families across the community.

Take a guided journey through Jazz in Unexpected Places and explore the stories, sounds and artists that have shaped this uniquely American art form. This 30-minute tour offers visitors a deeper look at the exhibition’s highlights and the lasting impact of jazz on culture through untold stories of the Palm Beach County community.
Age Recommendation: Ages 6+
The Derek Mack Band is one of South Florida’s premier Show bands. This high-energy versatile group of musicians crosses musical lines to bring a variety of styles and moods to please anyone’s musical taste. Performing music from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today.
Age Recommendation: Ages 3+
This family-friendly performance will feature five masterful brass players from Palm Beach Symphony playing enjoyable, fun music for folks of all ages.
Age Recommendation: Ages 3-9
Get whisked into the pages of one of opera’s greatest stories. Join Tamino and Papageno’s daring rescue of Pamina, the princess who has been captured by the foreboding Sarastro in Mozart’s opera The Magic Flute. Designed for children in PreK – 3rd grade, this highly interactive program will have children singing, acting and following along with PBO Teaching Artists.

Born and raised in South Florida, brothers Malcolm and Umoja, now known as Sons of Mystro, blend reggae classics, American pop hits and original compositions with their signature violin sound, backed by a DJ and drummer. Winners of the Emerging Artist Award at the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA), they continue to captivate audiences with electrifying performances and redefine the reggae experience.
2:30PM-4PM and 5:30PM-7PM · Rinker Playhouse
Age Recommendation: Ages 13+
The RESET is an electro-acoustic sound healing experience that immerses participants in 75 minutes of live-looped, ambient music. Audiences bring yoga mats, blankets and pillows and are invited to lie down for the duration of the experience. Loudspeakers and subwoofers surround the audience to create a fully immersive sonic experience. Each performance is entirely improvised and unrepeatable. The RESET is designed to guide listeners into deep states of relaxation and reflection through layered vocal improvisation, sound healing instruments and subtle electronic beats. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, blankets pillows etc.

The Young Singers of the Palm Beaches is a dynamic and inspiring community-based children’s choir that has been igniting the passion of young musicians for over two decades. Through its commitment to excellence in choral education, the organization has provided thousands of children with the opportunity to discover their voice and explore the world through music.

Ever wonder what’s it’s like to conduct musicians? Come and find out at Palm Beach Symphony’s “Conduct Us!” An experienced musician will be there to assist all new Maestros, when needed.

THE LISTENING PLACE invites the community to slow down and truly listen. Featuring albums highlighted in the Kravis Center’s Jazz in Unexpected Places Exhibit, this intimate space offers a moment of connection, both with the music and with one another. Join jazz vocalist Brianna Thomas as she leads a discussion on art, history and the spirit of jazz.
Age Recommendation: Ages 13+
Guavatron is a high-energy jam quartet blending funk, rock and electronic grooves into seamless, exploratory sets. Known for their deep improvisation, tight musicianship and cosmic dance-floor vibes, they take audiences on a journey that’s never the same twice.

Specializing in Latin music, the i95 Band brings an authentic and energetic performance to any event. Their skilled musicians and captivating vocals create an electrifying atmosphere, ensuring a lively celebration. From salsa to merengue, bachata to reggaeton, the i95 Band delivers an immersive Latin music experience that will have everyone dancing.

Go behind the scenes of THE GREAT GATSBY with Noah J. Ricketts, the acclaimed actor who originated the role of Nick Carraway on Broadway. Praised as a “standout” by The New York Times and The Washington Post, Ricketts takes audiences inside the making of the hit musical. This intimate event begins with a special performance by Ricketts, followed by a moderated conversation exploring his experience bringing Nick Carraway to life and what it’s like performing on Broadway.

Bryant Thomas is the viral TikTok “shower singer” turned American Idol sensation, known for his powerhouse vocals, Southern rock sound and, of course, always rockin’ the Crocs. Bryant gained national recognition on American Idol Season 24, where his cover of a Taylor Swift song went viral on TikTok and helped carry him to the Top 30, where he performed in Hawaii. With over 4 million streams on his original music, Bryant is taking his music from the shower to stages across the country and will be joined on stage at the Kravis Center Block Party by local legends Peyton Wolff, Kevin Johnson, Hunter Hutchings and Christopher Denny.
