LEGALLY BLONDE – THE MUSICAL
March 17-22, 2009

South Florida Premier

Based on a pair of hugely popular films, Broadway’s smash hit musical tells the story of Elle Woods, an underestimated blonde who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. When her boyfriend dumps her for someone more “serious,” Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. After turning Broadway and MTV hot pink, this “Elle of a show” (Time ) and “Feel-good song and dance juggernaut” (New York Magazine) is “The best new musical around!” (WOR). Presented in association with James M. Nederlander

FIDDLER ON THE ROOF with TOPOL
April 14-19, 2009

Tevye, humble milkman, harried husband and devoted father to five marriageable daughters, invites us into his little village of Anatevka. Here, there is a tradition for everything – how to eat, how to wear clothes, how to pray, how to marry … all of which are happily imparted by our earthy philosopher as he draws us into Fiddler on the Roof. Never has any other musical so magically woven music, dance, poignancy and laughter into such an electrifying and unforgettable experience. Based on the stories of Sholom Aleichem, this timeless classic features such favorites as “Tradition,” “Matchmaker, Matchmaker,” “Sunrise, Sunset” and “If I Were A Rich Man.”
