Reports directly to the Director of Ticketing; as part of the Ticketing Office management team, oversees Ticket Office operational activities including:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all data and ticketing information is entered into the ticketing system and provides that information to all Ticket Office staff members
- In conjunction with the Programming and Marketing staff, coordinates the information to set-up all Fan Club & VIP offers with designated agencies for sales and distribution
- Acts as the liaison for various renter organizations and responsible for event creation in the ticketing system; interacts with ticketing staff on status of ticket sales and managing allotments; responsible for direct communication with event promoters
- Advises, trains and supports staff in the use of the ticketing system and compliance procedures
- Assists in the development and revision of specialized forms for reporting, audits, accounting purposes as needed
- Assists in the supervision of Senior Customer Service Rep/Trainer as well as Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Ticketing Operations with emphasis on event creation, Fan Club & VIP sales and assisting in staff training. Must possess excellent organizational skills, multitask abilities, strong time management skills and be self-motivating
