The Kravis Center is embarking on implementing a new CRM system and seeks a knowledgeable, and organized candidate to join our team as the Tessitura Project Manager.
This role is responsible for:
1. Managing the transition from the current ticketing system Guest Orbit to Tessitura.
2. Working collaboratively across the organization, including box office, IT, finance, marketing, programming, development and education to ensure that the project proceeds on time and on budget.
3. Working with senior leadership to build a positive Tessitura culture across all departments and establishing best practices, thereby maximizing the impact of the new CRM system.
4. Collaborating with third party consultants such as Lusticks, Tessitura, Adage and Two Ton, to help facilitate the implementation of Tessitura.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven expertise with Tessitura, including knowledge of the database and client user interface. Candidate should be extremely comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing conflicting priorities.
2. Prior box office or ticketing experience preferred.
3. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in planning, managing, and monitoring projects involving mission critical arts & culture technology.
4. A keen interest in the arts and nonprofit sector is preferred. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about Tessitura functions and operations with all Kravis staff, including those members who are not familiar with the application.
6. Ability to prioritize, as well as work independently and collaboratively.
7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with an understanding of change management techniques.
