  • Current Kravis On Broadway subscribers will receive their renewals in March.
  • Kravis Center donors will receive information on becoming a Kravis On Broadway subscriber in May. For more information about becoming a donor, log on to kravis.org/membership, or call 561.651.4320.
  • Kravis On Broadway subscriptions will go on sale to the general public in June.

Can I still renew online?

Yes, proceed to log-in to your account.

Is there a renewal deadline that ensures I will keep my seats?

Yes, the renewal deadline this year is March 26, 2021. Renew seats online.

Can I ask for a seat change or upgrade online?

Yes, select ‘Renew or Change’ after you log-in to your account.

Can I opt-out of any of the shows offered?

This is a seven show subscription, no opt-out.

Can I cancel online?

Yes, log-in to your account and select ‘Renew or Change’, then there will be an option to Cancel Subscription.

When will I receive my tickets in the mail?

Four to six weeks prior to the first performance.

Have questions related to COVID-19 guidelines?

If I’m not a current subscriber, when will I have an opportunity to purchase a subscription?

Once the subscription renewal process is completed, Kravis Center members will have the first opportunity to subscribe.  See membership information on our website to take advantage of this benefit.

Can I receive a full refund to my subscription if I cancel before the first Kravis On Broadway performance opens?

Yes, as long as the Kravis Center Box Office (boxoffice@kravis.org) is contacted at least 72 hours prior to your subscription date of first performance.

What happens if one of the performances is cancelled?

The Kravis Center will notify you with refund options. The value of your ticket is safe if a performance is cancelled.

How do I avoid scammers?

The Kravis Center Box Office, www.kravis.org is the only OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDER for events at the Kravis Center. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price. They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from other sources are not eligible for replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. The Kravis Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.

KRAVIS ON BROADWAY SUBSCRIBER BENEFITS

(1) RENEW SAME SEATS – (Deadline March 26) You may renew the same seats you currently have – just check the box at the top of the enclosed renewal form and fill out the payment information.

. Subscribers in all sections, excluding the Broadway Society Section, will receive guaranteed seat renewal (See “b” for Broadway Society subscribers). The seats printed on the renewal form are guaranteed until the renewal deadline date (March 26). Non-renewed seats will be released without notice after this date. Once we process your renewal, we will mail you a confirmation. Your season tickets will be mailed approximately four weeks prior to the first production of the season.

b. Only Kravis Center current annual donors within the Broadway Society Section will receive guaranteed seat renewal. If you are seated in the Broadway Society Section and are not a current annual donor, your seat location may be changed at our discretion. To become a current annual donor call 561.651.4320. Non-renewed seats will be released without notice after March 26. Once we process your renewal, we will mail you a confirmation. Your season tickets will be mailed approximately four weeks prior to the first production of the season.

(2) REQUEST CHANGE IN SEATING
– Any requested changes or upgrades must be submitted on the renewal form by the deadline date (March 26). Upgrades will be processed in date order by which they are received and by donor level, following same seat renewal processing. Please indicate your preference by completely filling in each designated area on the renewal form, this instructs us exactly what you desire should we be unable to make change(s). If you need more space to describe your seating preferences, please include a note with your order form. Please do not change or write your current seating assignment on the front of your renewal form. If you are requesting a change and are paying by check, we ask that you please enclose the proper payment matching your desired price section.

PAYMENT:
You may pay by credit card or check. The credit card or check must be in the name of the subscriber. We will not accept credit cards or checks from anyone other than the subscriber on the invoice. Renew online at www.kravis.org/renewal, by fax 561.833.0691 or mail renewal form to: Kravis On Broadway, 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401. We offer payment plans for your subscription. Select the three-payment option on the form. Select the three-payment option on the form. Additionally, if you have any gift certificates or credits available in your Kravis Center account, you will notice a new section on the renewal invoice. Please fill out all areas applicable to expedite the processing of your renewal.

EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES: Subscribers can exchange tickets (once tickets are mailed) for another performance day of the same show only if there is availability. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the opening night of the show. Please note, when exchanging from a lower price to a higher, the difference in price will have to be paid. Refunds will not be given when exchanging from a higher to a lower price.

PRIORITY TICKETS:
Subscribers are able to purchase additional individual tickets as well as tickets to any new Kravis On Broadway shows added to the season before public sale.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Should you have any disability requests, please make a note in the “Accessible Seating” space on the renewal form or send a note stating your specific needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Open caption is available for the Saturday matinee performance. Sign Language Interpreter is available for the Sunday matinee performance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are not able to accept returned tickets for a tax-deductible contribution due to contractual restrictions. Season ticket accounts are non-transferable. We will not transfer your season ticket to another individual. This is done in fairness to other renewing season ticket holders.

• Season tickets will be mailed to you approximately four weeks before the first production of the season.
• All sales are final and no refunds are available.
• In planning the 2021-2022 Kravis On Broadway season, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, prices, shows, dates, schedules and artists are subject to change. Prices include all subscriber discounts, handling and postage charges. PRICES PRINTED ON THE SEASON TICKETS REFLECT FACE VALUE ONLY AND WILL NOT ADD UP TO THE PACKAGE PRICE LISTED ON THE FRONT OF THE INVOICE.
The Broadway Society Season Ticket Subscription (Price A) includes a $70 fee for each subscription purchased. Broadway Society subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations and privileges available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. The price of your subscription reflects the face value of your tickets as well as service charges, handling fees and the premium Broadway Society fee noted above.
