The Kravis Center accepts the following credit cards:
FedEx deliveries will only be made Monday-Friday. Please note: If an order is placed on a Friday after 4 pm, your FedEx will not go out until Monday.
Refunds & Exchanges
Kravis Center policy prohibits refunds and exchanges on all tickets. All sales are final. If you are unable to use tickets for Kravis Center presentations, excluding Kravis On Broadway, you may donate them to the Kravis Center’s annual fund as a tax-deductible contribution, provided they are returned to the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of the performance.
Tickets for Kravis On Broadway presentations, although contract requirements restrict us from accepting them as tax-deductible contributions, can be exchanged for another performance of the same show, if they are available. Return your tickets to the Box Office prior to the opening night of the show.
Unauthorized Ticket Brokers
To avoid overpaying for your Kravis Center tickets, always purchase them from our official website, kravis.org. Outside ticketing companies and ticket brokers often appear to be trustworthy, but they are not affiliated with the Kravis Center. As a result, tickets purchased through these organizations are often double or triple the cost. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.
Summer Box Office Hours
Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Box Office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. Although the Box Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer, if there is a performance on either day, we are open two hours prior to curtain.
In Season Box Office Hours
Monday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, closed Sunday. Box Office hours are extended until curtain time for evening performances. If there is a Sunday performance, the Box Office will be open two hours prior to curtain. For your convenience, a Box Office window will remain open during intermission for advanced purchase of tickets to future performances or for payment of valet service, minimizing wait times after a performance.
Our Younger Guests
To ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all of our guests, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 only attend shows that are a part of our Family Fare Series and those that are designated as toddler friendly.
We encourage parents and guardians to seek additional information about any performance before purchasing tickets for younger children. Although considered to be family friendly, many shows contain mature content, language or themes and will not be enjoyable or suitable. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. If you have any questions about a particular show, please email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to try and assist you.
We do ask that you consider your child’s interests, maturity and attention span and the comfort of those seated around you. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone and as a result, anyone making a disturbance during a performance will be asked to leave.
Babes in Arms
In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, if your baby is crying please take him or her out of the theater.
