Witness the grace and beauty of The Royal Ballet as they perform THE SLEEPING BEAUTY. The Sleeping Beauty holds a special place in The Royal Ballet’s repertory. It was the ballet with which the Company reopened the Royal Opera House in 1946 after World War II, its first production at its new home in Covent Garden. This full ballet program was pre-recorded and is presented as part of the ballet’s OUR HOUSE TO YOURS virtual series.
As part of their 10th Anniversary celebration, the Emmy Award-winning performance collective, Manuel Cinema, is sharing some of their most influential shows from the past ten years. Using handmade shadow puppetry, innovative sound and music, and unique cinematic techniques, the company transforms the cinema experience—it’s unlike any production you’ve ever attended.
Join PILOBOLUS co-artistic directors Matt Kent and Renée Jaworski as they talk with former company dancer Gaspard Louis in this recorded Facebook live discussion. MacDonald is a past guest presenter at the Kravis Center and the only tribute artist hired by Elvis Presley Enterprises to perform at Graceland’s Heartbreak Hotel.

Learn the inside story of one of Hollywood’s most famed family dynasties in this ArtSmart Lunch & Learn event from our 2017 season. Scott Eyman, author of the 2017 book, HANK & JIM, THE FIFTY YEAR FRIENDSHIP OF HENRY FONDA AND JAMES STEWART, reveals the fascinating stories of the Fonda family, including their personal lives, their relationships with each other and their incredible careers. Lee Wolf, Kravis Center Life Trustee and former New York City Ballet Member and Dance Photographer Steven Caras lead this intriguing conversation.
For those who can’t wait to experience the beauty and grace of ballet performances again, Miami City Ballet is delighted to bring these streamed full-length productions to you. The digital performance series features Miami City Ballet performances of FIREBIRD, HEATSCAPE, NINE SINATRA SONGS and SYMPHONIC DANCES.
A past performer at the Kravis Center, BALLET HISPANICO brings communities together to celebrate and explore Latino cultures through innovative dance productions, transformative dance training, and community engagement. Theaterworks USA teaching artist Lisa Petersen invites you and your kids to “jump” into the adventures of PETE THE CAT. Pete builds a robot when all of his friends are too busy to play with him. With colorful imagery, lively music and lighthearted humor, the story reminds kids about the importance of taking turns. A craft activity is included after the story.
Based on a featured performance in our upcoming S*T*A*R Series (Students & Teachers Arts Resources), Theaterworks USA teaching artist Lisa Petersen takes your children on an adventure with ROSIE REVERE, ENGINEER as she tries to invent everything from a snake repelling cheese hat to a cheese-helicopter that really flies! This special read aloud storytime is filled with engaging imagery and music and inspiring messaging—reminding children to never give up.

Gather up your little ones —the Kravis Center presents LEARN & PLAY, a special online storytelling experience for young children. This series includes 5 different stories told by 5 different professional storytellers over the course of 5 weeks as part of our Kravis @ Home series. Each presentation will engage and entertain your child, and offer a fun activity or lesson you can share with them. Recommended for children ages up to 5 years-old.
A rising Junior at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, Ben Krieger talks with host Catherine Boynton about his experiences in professional theater. At just 16 years-old, Ben has starred in National Tours of PIPPIN THE MUSICAL, THE SOUND OF MUSIC and FINDING NEVERLAND. He discovered his interest for theater when he was in 3rd grade and quickly became involved in regional productions, including LES MISÉRABLES, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS at the Maltz Jupiter Theater.
Skye Alyssa Friedman got her start on stage at a very young age. She made her Broadway debut in ANNIE as a standby for five different roles. She has appeared in productions at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre including starring as Gretyl in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, in MUSIC MAN as Gracie Shinn and other roles. In this one-on-one interview, she shares her experience in the business with host Catherine Boynton who is a rising senior at Oxbridge Academy.
Meet sibling actors Avery and Ryan Sell who grew up in New Port Richey, Florida and have each had their share of incredible success on stage. Avery originated the role of Natalie in the Broadway production of MRS. DOUBTFIRE, played Cindy Lou Who in the National Tour of HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS and was featured on TV’s TALES OF THE CITY. Ryan originated the role of Charlie Bucket in Broadway’s CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. He also played Michael Darling in PETER PAN and Chip in BEAUTY & THE BEAST, among other roles. They will share their stories about their musical theater careers and more with our host Cat Boynton, a senior at Oxbridge Academy who is pursuing a career in musical theater.
Broadway, National Tour, Television and Film performer, Delilah Rose Pellow shares her incredible experiences on stage and in front of the camera with Cat Boyton, a senior at Oxbridge Academy who is pursing a career in musical theater. Delilah began acting on stage when she was just three-years old and has amassed an impressive resume. She made her Broadway debut in ANASTASIA in March 2018, and after, was invited to join the First National Tour. She appeared in the 2017 National Tour of Dr. Seuss’s HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS in the iconic role of Cindy Lou Who and also performed the role in 2016 at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. She’s appeared in TV commercials and as a guest star on the CBS show BULL, as well as starring in a feature film on NETFLIX.
Here’s an enlightening experience teens and young adults! MEAN GIRLS SUMMER READING AND DISCUSSION invites you to participate in this rewarding series where you can listen and learn alongside others. All you have to do to get started is get a copy of the second book in the series SUCH A FUN AGE by Kiley Reid and start reading.
Music broadens the mind and the imagination. In this unique activity, your child will listen to three classical music pieces and create music-inspired art as they listen. Using crayons, colored pencils, markers, paint or whatever you wish, the goal is for them to capture the feel of the music in their art. We have provided access to our Regional Arts Classical Concert Series inspired playlist to make it easy and convenient. Recommended for ages 5 and up. View the activity sheet.
