Beloved for his charm and remarkable artistry, violinist Itzhak Perlman enjoys superstar status that is rarely afforded to a classical musician. Audiences throughout the world respond not only to his remarkable artistry, but also to the irrepressible joy of making music that he communicates. It is no surprise that after earning 15 Grammy Awards, Perlman was honored in 2008 with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. In a Kravis Center “first,” Perlman will perform this season on both Regional Arts series – MUSIC “At Two” and MUSIC “At Eight.” In addition, there will be a different program (to be announced) for each concert.
