Guggenheim fellow North Philadelphia native Dr. Rennie Harris, a pioneer in hip-hop dance culture and surviving senior member in the world of organized hip-hop dance theatre brings his high impact dance company Rennie Harris Puremovement (RHPM) to translate the energy and spirit of the street into an electrifying form of body language. This is dance theatre in the true spirit of hip-hop dance, blending poetry, popping, locking, House, and B-boying. RHPM is an eye opener to hip-hop dance theatre.

Beyond the Stage: Join us for a free pre-performance discussion by Steven Caras on December 6 at 6:15 pm.
